Geographical coverage
We only provide our products to United Kingdom based individuals and businesses. You will not be able to sign up for a subscription without a UK based credit/debit card and UK based address.
Liability and Warranty
In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our products by you or your clients. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Our calculations are based on publicly available data at the time of update, all widgets are provided as a guide/illustrative use only and should not be used to make binding financial and legal decisions.
We use data from external sources to build up a database of locations such as schools and train stations, that data from time to time may be incorrect or out of date, whilst we try to maintain accurate data and fix errors when we are made aware, we provide no guarantee that the data on our widgets are 100% correct.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified and you must leave intact any copyright notices within the product’s core code.
Fair Use
We monitor usage and if we deem that the usage is excessive then we may limit access and work with you to remedy this, which may mean paying additional fees. Excessive use is currently determined as over 100,000 widget loads per month/per domain.
Payments and Refunds
A subscription is required to continue using your widgets past the free trial. A subscription automatically renews each year and payment is taken from the card connected to your account. Should you wish to cancel your account you can do so via your account page, no refunds are provided for cancelled accounts and you will continue to have access to your account and widgets until the end of the current subscription period.
Support
Basic support is provided in order to get your widget working on your website, subject to us being provided with appropriate information (including at times access details) to do this.
Misusing widgets
You may only use our widgets for their intended use which is to display on your website for use by your visitors. You may not attempt to withdraw data from the widgets for any other reason through scraping or similar practises. All usage is logged and if we suspect misuse we reserve to right to cancel your account.
Cancelling of accounts
We hold the right to cancel you account for any reason we deem fit. If we cancel your account we may decide to refund you part of your payment.
Copyright
All widgets and this website is copyrighted. Data generated from external sources is copyrighted or licensed by various parties. You may not use the widgets or the data and code generated by and for the widgets in any way other than to display the widgets on the domain name you’ve added.
